Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (see our Impressum for our name and address; email: hello@meetandgreet.ai) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract supplying digital content not on a tangible medium, or supplying services, the right of withdrawal expires early once we begin performance — provided you have (1) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. MeetandGreet.AI sells prepaid usage minutes that are consumed in real time; we therefore obtain this express consent and acknowledgement from you at the point of purchase before any minutes can be used.
